One of the Biggest things to getting started on your health journey is knowing your WHY!
Remembering it day to day to stay consistent. Pulling it out when you have those hard days or times are tough. Making a Promise to yourself to stick to your goals for your why.
Step 1. Meditate on your why.
Ask yourself why are you doing this, why do you want this, who is this for, do your promise to commit to yourself, how do you want to look, feel, the confidence you have, visualize it all.
Step 2. Write it down. Write down your why. Have it visible. For example this can be in your planner, your phone cover, the mirror, by your bed, in your wallet, etc.
Step 3. Schedule out your workouts into your daily schedule. Add this as reminder if needed.
Step 4. Create a Personal Statement.
For Example: I became a part of Find Yourself Healthy to _______. I want to ________ ( loose weight, over come __, etc). I know I can and I will do this because I am cabaple of anything. I am strong, I am powerful, I am confident in myself. I trust the process and will commit to it. I will pick myself up when I am feeling down or off. I will focus on making good decisions everyday. I will commit to eating healthy meals and working out. I am doing this because ____ your why___. I can and I will do this.
Have this with your when times are tough! See it daily, and say it out loud daily.

Allow 1 minute of gratitude daily - Focus on feeling the end results. Oxygen is important for your body to function, heal, and stay alive. Breath in deep, let shoulders fall, relax, and close your eyes.
Drink Water
Your body is made up of 60% water. Most People are dehydrated. Causing: Dry Mouth, eyes, dry skin, Headache, dizziness, lack of focus, Over eating, cravings, thirst, etc. It fuels your body and is essential for health and fat loss. Work your way up to a gallon of water a day to stay hydrated, full, creating circulation, providing nutrients, and flushing out toxins, water does it all (:
Nutrition
Remember you are what you eat. You feel how you eat. And your body becomes how you eat. Each meal ask yourself is this a healthy meal. Continue to strive for healthy meals or healthy alternatives.
Move
Move your body, breathe hard, sweat, feel sore the next day. That is a sign your working out and will be building muscle and burning fat. Commit and schedule your workouts.
